Was there a time in your life where you climbed a mountain and made valuable memories?
This was the first mountain that we climbed together, Mt. Daraitan. I was hesitant at first about her joining the event when I invited her, but she opted to come with me, with us.
I already stalked her albums before I asked her to come (LOL!). Looking for clues if it’s gonna be her first time or not. Well, she already went to Mt. Pamitinan with a Wawa Dam side trip so I said to myself, maybe she would come. I was very happy when she said she can come and join us to this mountain trip.
Mt. Daraitan’s difficulty was 5-6/9 and I didn’t know if she could do it. I thought she wasn’t the type to climb high mountains, but then I was partially wrong.
All I know that time was that she’s special to me. There was already a spark in me that tells my inner being “I like her” and that she’s different from the rest of the girls or people around me. I wasn’t wrong with my feelings.
When I saw her that morning, I was gratified. I am truly thankful she was there. I said to myself, “Thank you, Lord!”. I felt like winning the lottery somehow or I won a prize. I wanted to hug her when she came to me but shyness came in, so instead, we kissed cheek to cheek, just like with the other girls when saying hello.
I thought to myself, “I maybe could act sweet with her”, and so I did.
Sweet, not the manyak way, but as a gentleman. She knows my intentions, she has her own instincts, but instead of pushing me away, she welcomed it, and slowly, we got to stare at each other’s eyes and eventually, I got to hold her hand.
My friends, I know, they are curious about what was going on because they absolutely had no idea. They’re close to me but they didn’t know that something was going on.
I wouldn’t want to let her hand go, and I really would love to enjoy the moment. The moment together with her, standing beside me, walking hand in hand, climbing the mountain, against the assaults, upward the summit.
It was a little awkward at the start, we barely knew each other. We only had a few weeks of exchanging messages but that happened every day. Still, I would want to hold her hand until the end of this day.
Our friends would look at us, stare at us for a bit because something is different. They saw good aura in me. The smile was different. Eyes were sparkling of joy inside. Something has changed. They might have said.
She was panting upon reaching the summit but at the same time, a sign of delight sparked her eyes. It was the happiness endowed by the scenery of the environment from above the mountain’s summit. I, too, was happy she made it. We made it both hand in hand.
She even told our friends that she has gotten her other energies from me, especially when I hold on to her. Hearing this made my heart jump with delight and kilig was felt through the bones (smirk). A smile immediately radiated my face and I felt like high and mighty. No, just kidding. The complement felt warm.
Mt. Daraitan furnace us of love.
It was the perfect sign and scenery that this girl was going to be a big part of my life. Maybe it’s because of the heart-shaped river only to be seen from the summit?
Or maybe it’s because two people were even bonded together through trials and challenges by climbing up the mountain? It was a little harder because it rained a day before that event.
Well, we don’t know.
All I know was that from this mountain, Mt. Daraitan, helped spark the start of our love and romance.
This mountain ignited the love for a few friends as well. What’s the magic in this mountain?
And look at how time goes. We’re together for more than a year now. And we’ll be celebrating more in the coming years.

Part of our 9 days backpacking itinerary was Singapore. We came all the way from Bangkok to Malaysia via train, and then from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore.
Here’s a guide on how you could cross-country from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore (Malaysia to Singapore).
Kuala Lumpur to Singapore by bus
If you’re coming from the city of Kuala Lumpur, what you need to do is go to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS). TBS is the integrated transport terminal to serve the southern parts of Malaysia and even Singapore. [READ: 5000 Pesos Challenge: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia]
How to get to TBS from KL City Centre?
From Chinatown, take a bus from Pudu Sentral. Bus number should be 690. This only costs 2 MYR ($0.45) – just 10-20 minutes ride and you’re there. kuala lumpur to singapore
From Bukit Bintang, ride the monorail to KL Sentral and from KL Sentral, book/buy a ticket to Bandar Tasik Selatan. TBS is just some minutes walk once you’re in the Bandar Tasik Selatan station.
Once you’re in TBS, look for the ticket counters. There will be several bus companies to cater your ride to the southern parts of Malaysia and Singapore. It would be best if you book in advance, but be sure of the time and date of your booking schedule. Refund or reschedule is not possible. You will have to buy another ticket at another cost. kuala lumpur to singapore
Once you’ve made your booking, head next to the departure area. Present your ticket and proceed to your designated gate. Wait until your bus arrives.
With no traffic, travel time would only take 3-4 hours. In our case, the traffic was bad – it took us 6 hours to Johor Bahru alone.
Immigration Process (KL to SG)
Once you are in Singapore, you will be first dropped off to Woodlands where the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore is. Keep your bags with you when you go off the bus. Never forget your passport. Make sure the departure card from Malaysia is with you as well. kuala lumpur to singapore
[hoops name=”InArticle”]
The first checkpoint is where you will be stamped that you have exited Malaysia. Just follow where the people are going but make sure that you are going the right way. It’s easy, don’t worry.
Next, go back to your bus (if you’re headed straight to Singapore) and you will then be sent to another ICA location where you will get your stamp for entering Singapore. You have to fill in a departure card before heading to the immigration officer.
As usual, just tell them what they need to know. Once you have received your stamp, queue for your bags to be scanned, go back to your bus and it will head straight to your location i.e., Queen Street.
The immigration process is easy but a bit confusing as well because you would have to go off and back on the bus twice. It would only take less than an hour if there are not many people entering Singapore with you, else, it would take 2 hours just like it did with us. It won’t hurt to ask, no worries.
On our trip, we would have wanted to see the Legoland and Hello Kity Town in Johor Bahru so we booked tickets to JB Larkin station for 35 MYR each (US$8), but due to traffic and lack of time, we opted to head straight to Singapore. This will head you still from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore but with two stops.
It took us roughly 6 hours from Kuala Lumpur (TBS) to Johor Bahru by bus due to traffic plus there have been lots of stop-overs. Long driving is not a problem in Malaysia as there will be specified locations with designated comfort rooms for travelers – one convenient thing about their transport. On those stopovers, are stores where you can buy food if you happen to not bring anything from the city.
From JB Larkin terminal, look for Bus # 170 heading to Queen Street – actually, you can take any bus that’s heading to any points in Singapore as the process will be basically the same.
I’m not really sure how much was it from JB Larkin terminal to Singapore. What we did was ask the driver how much is the fare in Malaysian currency and he said it’s 2.5 MYR each.
It will only take around 15 – 20 minutes to Woodlands ICA from JB Larkin terminal. Once we got there, we got off and looked for the immigration officers. Had our passports scanned and stamped, waited and look for another bus heading to Singapore. Again, we don’t have any SGD yet so we paid 2.5 MYR each to the next ICA stop. kuala lumpur to singapore
[hoops name=”InArticle”]
Next, after getting off the bus, we immediately went to the immigration area, filled up the departure cards, and queued in line for the immigration officer. After getting stamped for entry to Singapore, we then queued to scan our bags and waited for another bus headed to Queen Street.
That entire immigration process took almost 2 hours to complete including the bus drop-offs and waiting time. There were many people entering Singapore.
Our bus was bound to Queen Street and we’re already heading to the Sixth Avenue station. Since we don’t have any SGD in our pockets, we asked the driver if we could pay in MYR but he said we just have to get off the bus – so literally we paid nothing from Woodlands to Six Avenue Station. I then withdrew money from the ATM outside the station.
From Sixth Avenue station, we took the train to Bugis and then interchanged to Aljunied station – where our hotel (Amrise Hotel) located in Geylang was most nearby.

Japan is truly one of the best destinations and countries that a Filipino can dream of traveling to. It is where most animes originated and one of our biggest dreams is to those places that we only see in the anime scenes or even the movies.
Some of us are fans of the Japanese soap operas, and some would just like to experience how is Japan different from any other Asian countries. With all the news and good things that we hear about this one beautiful country, who would not dream of stepping into the land of the rising sun?
As a Filipino, we cannot just enter Japan without securing a visa as if it were a part of the ASEAN (Association of South East Asian Nations). I know it’s a hassle but Japan is part of G7 countries, and when you have a visa to at least one of these countries, you have a higher chance of getting a visa to another.
How to Apply for a Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR and Get Approved for a Multiple Entry Visa
I have personally stepped into Japan a few years back and created a guide for it (you can check this link) but that was the normal process because I was still in the corporate setup, a.k.a., I still have a corporate job/employer.
But this guide is for those who are self-employed or freelancers (like me) who cannot present a tax document yet but is earning enough to travel places and go far. This also applies to those who cannot present a Certificate of Employment andor are students.
Let’s start with the basic and important requirements first for Japan visa application.
With previously approved Japan visa
First time applying for a Japan visa
1. Passport
1. Passport
2. Bank Certificate
2. Bank Certificate
3. Japan visa Photo
3. Birth Certificate
4. Japan Visa Application Form
4. Japan visa Photo
5. Daily Schedule Form
5. Japan Visa Application form
6. Marriage Contract (if married)
6. Daily Schedule Form
7. Explanation Letter (No ITR / CoE)
7. Marriage Contract (if married)
8. Multiple Entry Visa Request Letter
8. Explanation Letter (No ITR / CoE)
1. Valid Philippine Passport (with at least 2 blank pages and expiration is not less than 6 months)
Your passport is your number one requirement. If you do not have a passport yet, please apply for one. It only takes a few days for a rush passport or a few weeks for a regular passport. Go to the nearest DFA office in your area. Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR
If you do have a passport already, make sure you have at least 2 blank pages remaining and is not coming near expiration. You won’t be permitted to travel if your passport is less than 6 months before expiration, even if your travel will just be for a few days.
2. Bank Certificate (from a local or international bank)
The embassy will also need to look if you are financially capable to travel to Japan. They don’t want you to become a beggar in their country and be a hindrance to their economy. Hence, the larger the amount you have, the higher the chance you will get approved. No worries though, even those with only 20,000 to 30,000 Php are getting approved.
The money that should be in your account depends on the length of your stay. The safe bet is that you have at least 5,000 Php to 10,000 Php to spend per day.
3. PSA Birth Certificate (issued within One year)
NOTE: If you previously have been approved for a single entry Japan visa, you won’t need to present this. This document is only for the first time applicants.
Your Birth Certificate should be issued within a year before your intended application for Japan visa. Go to the nearest Serbilis Center in your area. You’d be able to get your birth certificate in 30 mins to 2 hours depending on the volume of requesters. A friend of mine got hers in about 40 mins. She said she requested at Pureza branch. Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR
If you don’t have the time, you can also request for it online and pay for a little fee. It will be delivered straight to your home.
4. Photo sized for Japan visa
Just tell the studio/photographer that it needs to be on white background and is sized for Japan visa. They should know this. If your photo is not aligned with the photo border in the form, you will be required by them to send a new photo. The picture must also be within 3 months of capture.
5. Japan Visa Application form
The form is usually available on your agency’s website. We did that. However, they told us they are using a new one so we filled out details right there and then. So if you have time to visit your visa agency, ask for a copy of the form. There will be guidelines on how to fill it out and please be mindful of your erasures.
6. Marriage Contract Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR
NOTE: Only if you are already married. Otherwise, not applicable and is not required.
7. Daily Schedule in Japan
The form is also available on your agency’s website. Download the form and fill it out. Look below for a sample of itinerary or daily schedule in Japan and how to fill it out. Here’s what we actually submitted for our application.
NOTE: This is not our actual itinerary. We had itinerary changes when we were in Japan but this is what we submitted. Make sure you include your entry point and exit point (arrival and departure).

So our scenario is: Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR
1. I am a freelancer/travel blogger and I have enough funds to sustain an 8-day trip to Nagoya, Kyoto, and Osaka. However, I cannot present a CoE or ITR because simply I work for myself. We will also be celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday within the dates we are in Japan plus I have a plan to propose marriage to her.
2. My partner, Jane, was a student, thus, not having any ITRs or CoE (except for Certificate of Enrollment) but has enough travel funds to sustain an 8 days trip to Japan. She will be the one celebrating her birthday in the country.
Here’s the letter I presented to the agency together with my other requirements.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Greetings!
My name is YOUR NAME, a resident of the Philippines, with Passport number PASSPORT NUMBER, and currently a student of YOUR SCHOOL/UNIVERSITY. I am writing to request for approval of our tourist visa for Japan.
I and my boyfriend, Jerny Destacamento, are planning to travel to Nagoya, Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka for 8 days this INTENDED DATES OF VISIT. This will be my first time to visit such an amazing country and I would like to celebrate my upcoming birthday (DOB) in Universal Studios Japan. My boyfriend had visited the country with his friends and I would like to experience Japan as well.
I know that part of the application is to present an ITR to prove financial capacity to travel which unfortunately I don’t have. I am currently a student taking up YOUR COURSE but I have saved up some cash for this trip from my allowances and earnings from our travel blog as we’re also a travel blogging couple. We document our experiences and whereabouts in our website, https://twobudgettravelers.com.
My boyfriend and I have already traveled to a few South East Asian countries including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia last January to February 2017 together for 9 days, and most recently to Taiwan last June 2018 for 9 days. (mention where you have traveled to)

Optional documents you can present to support your visa application
These documents are not required by the agency or the embassy. This may or may not help with your visa application but you are free to submit such documents to back your application for a Japan visa.
a. Valid IDs Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR
Print or submit a photocopy of your IDs if possible (Company, School, UMID, PhilHealth, etc).
b. Airline Tickets
If you are one like us (who book tickets even without the assurance of getting a granted visa), then congrats on spending your money on that ticket! LOL! It will help you with your application a little but it’s not a guaranteed success.
c. Hotel / Hostel Bookings
The embassy wants to make sure that you have a place to stay in their country. So if you have booked accommodations in advance, print the confirmation form and submit it. Some hotels offer a pay at hotel option or free cancellation within an allotted time so this is completely safe. Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR
Check out and book your hotels here via AGODA| BOOKING and pay directly or use the Pay at Hotel option.
After submission of documents
Once you have submitted all the required documents, pay the visa processing fee. We have applied at ReliTours MOA branch and paid 950 Php each. There are cheaper options but this agency is where I submitted my application before.
They will tell you to wait until you get a text from them, so make sure that your phone number is the most recent one and is active.
We submitted our application on a Thursday evening. The waiting game was totally killing me because our flight is Saturday that same week. LOL! Come Wednesday and we still did not receive any text messages so I decided to call them on Thursday morning. They told me they still don’t have our passports and call again in the evening at 6:00 pm.
After a few hours, around 11:00 am, we received a text message that our passports are ready for claiming and we will only know the result when we got there in the agency.
We picked up our passports at around 4:00 pm and we both got approved! To know if you are approved or not, a “red sticker (or red mark)” in the back of your passport indicates “denied”, and a “white sticker” indicates an approved visa. Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR
We got our visa and passports after 5 working days.
Luckily, my multiple entry visa request was GRANTED! I was granted a 5-year multiple entry visa for 30 days each. Whilst Jane got a 15 days single entry visa primarily because it was her first time applying for one.
Now, if you have questions, feel free to send us a private message or leave a comment below.
If you also would like to know how the proposal goes, she said YES! We’re engaged!
I posted the video here! (watch in HD):
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do we need an agency or we should apply personally?
A. I have not encountered anyone yet who applied personally at the embassy. It’s more preferred to have your agency do all the work after you have surrendered your requirements to them. In our case, we inquired at Reli Tours and had them process it.
Q: Where is the agency located?
A: We inquired at their SM Mall of Asia branch. They also have other branches located at Dusit Thani in Makati, SM Southmall in Las Piñas and SM Megamall at Shaw Blvd. More information can be found on their website.
Q: Is there a fee? How much?
A: Yes, there is. By the time we inquired, handling fee was PHP 950 for a Japan visa. I don’t think it will change anytime soon. The price is only for a Tourist Visa with No Guarantor.
Q: Is there a tour provided by them? Did you avail it or you did a DIY Itinerary?
A: Yes, they provide tours and tickets at a certain price but we did not avail of the tours. We made ourselves our own itinerary. Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR
Q: Can we also submit tickets and hotel bookings?
A: Yes, you may submit those documents. As I have mentioned on the checklist, they will help but does not guarantee approval. Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR
Q: If I couldn’t have that amount before the application, any other options we can have?
A: If one or two of you have no enough money to support himself, borrow from a friend and secure a Bank Certificate after a day.
Q: When should we apply for a visa?
A: Please apply for a visa at least 3 months before your departure date. Don’t rush yourself, apply as early as possible to avoid hassles and unexpected constraints.
Q: Will there be a personal interview?Japan Tourist Visa Without ITR
A: No, there is no interview for JP Visa application.
Q: Do we need to secure ourselves check-in baggage allowance?
A: It depends on how long you are staying. You can bring a backpack if you’re only gonna stay for a few days. Make sure all your clothes and other belongings fit in on your bag and must not exceed 7kgs (depending on your airline), else, please buy baggage allowance especially if you are going to Japan during winter. Jackets are bulky and will surely cost a significant amount of weight.

Credit cards have become an integral financial tool worldwide, and the Philippines is no exception. For beginners, understanding how credit cards work is crucial to making informed decisions. A credit card is essentially a line of credit provided by a bank or financial institution, allowing cardholders to borrow funds for purchases, which they must repay within a stipulated period.
Several key terminologies are essential for beginners to grasp. The credit limit represents the maximum amount you can borrow on your credit card. The interest rate is the cost of borrowing money, expressed as a percentage of the outstanding balance. Annual fees are yearly charges for maintaining the credit card, which may vary depending on the card type. The billing cycle is the period between bill statements, typically lasting around 30 days.
Credit cards offer numerous benefits. They provide the convenience of cashless transactions, which is particularly useful in today’s digital age. Responsible credit card usage can help build a positive credit history, crucial for future financial endeavors such as loans or mortgages. Many credit cards also offer rewards, such as cashback, points, or travel miles, which can be redeemed for various perks.
However, potential risks accompany these benefits. One significant risk is overspending, as the ease of using a credit card can lead to purchasing beyond one’s means. Accruing debt is another concern, especially if payments are not made in full and on time, leading to high-interest charges. It is crucial for beginners to understand their responsibilities, such as making timely payments and keeping track of spending, to avoid falling into financial difficulties.
In the Philippine context, credit card usage has been growing, and many banks offer cards tailored for beginners. By understanding these fundamental aspects, individuals can make better financial decisions and use credit cards to their advantage without falling into common pitfalls.

Event marketing is a very effective way to help you take your brand to the next level, especially if you run your business on the road. Whether it’s a trade show, conference, or an event of your own, the opportunity to get out and shake some hands, not to mention the PR that can come with it, can be a major boost. Finding the right opportunities to really show up and give your brand the spotlight should be an important part of any business’s marketing calendar.
How you spend your time at these events is really important. However, you’ll attract a lot more people if your space stands out and draws them in from a distance.
Imagine walking by a booth that catches your eye versus one that blends in with the rest—you’re more likely to stop at the one that looks interesting and inviting. To help you make your event space eye-catching and welcoming, here are a few tips. By following these suggestions, you’ll create a space that not only looks great but also draws people in, giving you more opportunities to impress them.
A Great Looking Booth
Creating a visually appealing booth is essential for standing out at events. Your booth should be an extension of your brand, showcasing your colours, logo, and overall aesthetic. Invest in high-quality materials and design elements that reflect your brand’s identity in this business event. Use bold graphics, banners, and creative layouts to attract attention. An eye-catching booth not only draws in potential customers but also creates a strong first impression. Consider incorporating interactive elements, such as product demonstrations or digital displays, to engage visitors and keep them interested.
Using Your Logo
Incorporating your logo into the event space is crucial for brand recognition. This can be achieved through signage, promotional materials, and even subtle touches like sticker printing. Placing your logo in strategic locations ensures that it is visible from various angles and distances, making your brand instantly recognizable. Consistent use of your logo across all event materials reinforces your brand’s identity and creates a cohesive look. Whether on banners, flyers, or giveaways, your logo should be a prominent and unifying element.
Consider an Audio-Video Component
Adding an audio-visual component to your event space can enhance the visitor experience and effectively communicate your brand’s message. This can include video presentations, interactive touch screens, or background music that aligns with your brand’s identity. Audio-visual elements can capture attention and provide dynamic content that engages visitors on multiple levels. Demonstrating your product or service through videos can be particularly effective, allowing you to showcase features and benefits in an engaging and memorable way.
Make Sure Your Team Looks the Part
Your team is an extension of your brand and should present a professional and cohesive image. Ensure that your staff is dressed in branded attire, whether through uniforms or branded accessories. This not only makes them easily identifiable but also reinforces your brand’s presence. Training your team to engage with visitors professionally and knowledgeably is equally important. They should be well-versed in your products or services and able to communicate your brand’s message effectively. A well-presented and informed team can significantly enhance the overall event experience for visitors.
The right use of the space you have at any business event will draw a lot more eyes and, as a result, many more opportunities to make a great impression. Don’t skimp out on it.
In 1977, a vision grew from a newly founded gravel and sand company, laying the foundation for what would become a leading force in the national building sector.
As the enterprise expanded into construction and property development, it became clear that its ultimate mission was to enable every Filipino to call home of their own. Capitalizing on its growing real estate operations, the company aimed to turn these long-held dreams into reality. The focus shifted to serving hardworking kababayans, particularly the Overseas Filipinos (OFs)—the nation’s unsung heroes.
Recognizing the potential to harness economies of scale and a network of construction experts and suppliers, the strategy evolved from building individual homes to developing entire housing communities. This approach facilitated the creation of cost-effective, high-quality homes. By offering homes with uniform designs and amenities, many Filipinos who once considered homeownership out of reach saw their dreams realized. This innovation led to the creation of Communities Philippines, which eventually became one of the most cherished and largest home builders in the country, Camella.
Built on Dreams and Building Legacies
This vision has developed into more than 200 communities dotting the archipelago, where dreams continue to evolve and take on deeper meaning. Today, Camella represents more than the realization of lifelong ambitions; it symbolizes the creation of family legacies. These homes are not just structures but receptacles of years of memories, adventures, and conversations. They are treasures shared across multiple generations, carrying the imprint of each individual and family that has lived within their walls, spanning from the last five decades to the hope of many more tomorrows.
Camella, the most recognizable name in Philippine real estate, has become synonymous with homes across the country and is intricately woven into the national consciousness. This narrative was born at the meeting of two essential elements: the Filipino collectivist culture and the fundamental belief that homes are cornerstones of many family legacies. Camella is a dedication for every Filipino who wishes to own a home in a community that champions the values they uphold and what the family holds true—through each generation.
Wherever They Want to Live
Camella has committed to realizing the vision of turning Filipino dreams of homeownership into reality while crafting spaces where cherished memories can be created and preserved for many generations. In doing so, the company also embraces every homeowner’s desire to settle in any part of the country they choose. Whether driven by tradition, employment opportunities, or simply the beauty and charm of the location, Camella has established communities that cater to these aspirations.
Consequently, the brand has expanded across the country farther than any other. Having the widest geographic reach was essential from the outset, as was building communities in the exact locations where Filipinos wish to reside—places where they feel more at ease, believe they can lead their best lives, and relish in cherished memories—where they truly feel at home.
Understanding the ethos behind Camella is crucial, especially the philosophy that a home is not limited to the walls of its structure but includes the whole community in which one resides. Every Camella community is crafted with purposefully built spaces where neighbors can gather and connect. Features include clubhouses with function halls and al fresco seating, swimming pools to cool off in the tropical heat, play areas, sports courts, jogging paths, piazzas, and parks. These spaces invite residents to step outside and engage in activities, conversations, and playdates, all set within beautifully landscaped surroundings. Camella aims to foster a sense of belonging among its residents, making them feel “I belong here.”
Building Up to 50 with Five Pillars
With Camella approaching its 50th year, the company will also celebrate half a century of building homes and communities that make every Filipino family’s dream real.
The longevity of Camella as a preferred housing brand is anchored in its five brand aspirations. These ideals shape every aspect of operations, from day-to-day functions to long-term pursuits, laying the groundwork for lasting success.
Dream Communities.
Each Camella development is a themed neighborhood featuring landscapes inspired by the most beautiful places in the world. Camella holds the view that the true home of its residents goes beyond the walls of their individual houses, embracing the broader neighborhood and community as integral parts of their living space.
Convenience and Accessibility.
Camella strategically builds its communities near the center of progressive cities. It understands the importance of safety and security in tranquil environments and having easy access to urban conveniences offered, allowing the residents to experience life and pursue their goals in ways of their choosing.
Safety and Security.
At the forefront of community planning is the integration of safety and security measures within every Camella neighborhood. The company upholds that homeowners deserve to live in environments where they feel secure and at ease, enabling them to unwind and address their concerns without worries.
Wise Investment.
Each Camella home built is an investment that appreciates through time and grows with the families living there.
Value for Money.
Camella builds dream environments, spaces, and amenities that enhance the lives of its homeowners, both now and in the future, ensuring they are entitled to the full value of their investments. In Camella, every family finds the upgraded lifestyle they have been seeking in their communities, leading to the fulfillment of their dreams.
The journey spanning five decades from a gravel and sand company to becoming a household name has been remarkable. What stands out even more is the capacity to grow and evolve like Camella has done while staying true to the core mission of providing a home for every Filipino family. Over the years, Camella has seamlessly combined the aspirations of its founding principles with the evolving desires of the Filipino families it serves, continuing to deeply resonate with its community.
After all, that is precisely why Camella is here––and why it keeps building.
