Obong Spring - twobudgettravelers.com

Situated 5-10mins away from Dalaguete Junction (Main Road to Dalaguete Proper) comes Obong Spring.

Obong Spring is composed of bluish waters similar to that of Kawasan Falls with a small number of mosses on its bed as it is still considered as a river. It turned bluish-green due to a few white sand particles and mosses beneath the spring. It’s only a few feets deep, not deeper than a regular human height. Must have been 4-5 feet only, good for youngsters, grown-ups, family, and individuals of all ages.

The water’s temperature is cold. Perfect for a quick swim or to escape the heat of the sun momentarily without worrying about getting exposed to a lot of sunlight while basking under the sun and get suntans. Obong Spring has wide trees above its location, hence water temperature is cooler than of the sea.
