Restaurant Verbena’s New Menu

Executive Chef Gerwin Bailon having recently revamped Verbena’s breakfast menu, married it with the All-day Dining menu to create an all-new brunch experience. Chef Gerwin’s menu makeover gives Verbena’s cuisine a certain casual elegance – classic dishes with new flavors.
Located in Tagaytay, one of the most famous destinations from Metro Manila, the new menu exudes comfort and adventure, perfect for a sweet ride with a great company, speaking with an exciting set of new and classic flavors to share.
The new All-Day Dining menu includes a heavenly trio of SRF Wagyu Beef Sliders topped with mushrooms, Smoked Cheddar, and Miso-Mayo Sauce served with house-made Fries.

Another must-try is the Roasted Chicken Supreme served with a side of Truffle Pass and Poached Egg, and the SRF Wagyu Meatballs, stuffed with Smoked Cheddar.
As the man behind 22 Prime’s mouthwatering steaks, Chef Gerwin brought a taste of his creations to Tagaytay with a generous serving of USDA Prime Rib Eye Steak, as well as his signature Surf and Turf, which features a perfect medley of steak and prawns.
