The Oriental Bataan
I have been to Bataan only once, and it was only for a day tour. That was why I was too happy to know that during this trip, I will get to stay in one of the finest hotels in the province, which is The Oriental.
We had a lot of places to visit during the entire tour, and you can imagine my surprise when I saw where we were staying. the oriental Bataan
The Hotel
The Oriental is located in Mariveles Bataan. This location actually gives you a lot of advantage as it gives you an easy access to most of Bataan’s tourist destinations, such as Sisiman Beach and Mariveles Five Fingers Cove.
The Accommodations
The hotel is so posh and spacious, I can hardly believe we can have this accommodation all to ourselves.
I love how the design is a fusion of modern and traditional. It’s so obvious I couldn’t resist taking on snapshots! the oriental Bataan
The sheets were fragrant, same as they were soft. I can remember how deep and hearty my sleep was.
Their room rates start at P4,500 for 2 guests. the oriental Bataan
The Amenities
The pool was extra inviting that night, the lights were misty and they remind me of a pool club I saw in Brazil, in one of my internet gallivanting of course.
They also have bed canopies in one area where you can cuddle or bond with your friends and loved ones. It sure looks cozy!
The Restaurants

I was in awe how this place can have too many restaurants. You have the Cocoon for wine nights, Forest Grill for some night chill with friends, wherein you can feast on seafood and beer while listening to the awesome tunes of a band, and of course the Oriental Hotel’s buffet restaurant.
The Food
We had a buffet breakfast and I was pretty much excited to try everything, but of course, I have to be careful on what I put in my body, knowing that my baby also gets to share those. It was so nice because there was someone assigned to cook your eggs the way you want them. You can even choose the ingredients to your omelet! 🙂 the oriental Bataan
The Oriental Adventure Camp
As we only stayed for a night, we weren’t able to try their team building activities in The Oriental Adventure Camp. It has varied obstacle courses that would definitely spur fun and inspire teamwork amongst its participants. I am sure if I had the chance to stay longer, I would’ve enjoyed embarking on these!
Book your stay in The Oriental when you visit Bataan! You’ll definitely love the experience!
