BADOC ISLAND

EXPLORING BADOC ISLAND, Badoc, Ilocos Norte.
Badoc Island is an uninhabited island located about 1 kilometer (0.62 mi) off the shore of Barangay Pagsanahan in Badoc, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. The island is a popular surfing spot in northern Philippines.
“Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints.”

How to get to BADOC ISLAND

1. If you’re from Manila or any place in the south, take a bus bound to Ilocos Norte. Bus fare from Manila is P600.00 – P800.00.
2. Tell your driver to drop you off either at the BADOC NEW MARKET, BADOC DETACHMENT, or BADOC 7-11 convenience store.
3. Once you’re in the drop off points, get a tricycle (approx P100) and tell the driver to bring you to Brgy. Pagsanahan (boat fee is really cheaper here – P800.00 or above) or in La Virgen Milagrosa (boat fee here is more expensive P1,000.00 or above).
4. Boat fee is for roundtrip transfer. Max of 6 people per boat.
